Meet Ethan Drath
A native Washingtonian, Ethan spent over a decade operating his own high-end clothing store in Georgetown two blocks from his childhood home. A driven entrepreneur, Ethan honed his customer service skills while assisting his dedicated and discerning clientele quickly becoming a fixture in the community.
While cultivating his network, Ethan developed strong relationships with a number of agents and principals at Washington Fine Properties and was enthused at the prospect of applying his dedication to providing excellent service to the real estate business. He is motivated daily to help his clients find a place to call home in his beloved city and has been recognized by Washingtonian Magazine and Real Trends as one the top agents both locally and nationally.
While steeped in the nuances of all that the unique neighborhoods across the city and surrounding areas have to offer, Ethan specializes in his childhood neighborhood of Georgetown, his current neighborhood of Wesley Heights and the surrounding neighborhoods of Spring Valley, Chevy Chase, Kent, Palisades, and Kalorama.
A graduate of the Bullis School and Rollins College, Ethan lives in Wesley Heights with his wife, Lindsey, their three children, and their giant dog, Teeny. The Drath family are members of Christ Episcopal Church and dedicated supporters of THEARC DC and the Mann Elementary PTA.
The right negotiator for you…
“Ethan is the best! He successfully managed both our home sale and purchase. He is impeccably professional and is a tough negotiator who made sure our interests were always best represented. His wealth of knowledge about DC neighborhoods gave us an insider perspective on community trends important to our family. Ethan, you made our dream home come true!”
Honest and neutral viewpoints…
“Ethan was a pleasure to work with throughout our Georgetown housing search and we ultimately could not give higher praise for the way he worked with us along the process, including his communication, his patience, his intimate knowledge of Georgetown, and for delivering a result we could not be happier with.
We entered the housing search with a general goal, and Ethan from the start exhibited a welcome combination of listening to every question, offering an honest and neutral viewpoint, and becoming a true partner with us, all while exhibiting no pressure. As a lifelong Georgetown local, his insight into both the general and specific aspects of the area – which might be overlooked by anyone not as familiar with the neighborhood – became a valuable asset. We are convinced we wouldn’t of been able to find our home without his specific knowledge.
It was always apparent that Ethan truly cares about his clients and will put that relationship first no matter what the decision at hand. We could not recommend him enough to a prospective client! ”
