Meet Marion
After many years in Manhattan working with one of the most successful real estate teams in the country, Marion returned home to the Washington, D.C. area to continue her career with The Nancy Taylor Bubes Group at Washington Fine Properties. The team has been consistently recognized by Real Trends, ranking as a top Medium Size Team in the Capital Region and #19 Medium Size Team in the Nation, with $430+ million in sales in 2021, $330+ million in 2022, $260+ million in 2023, $300+ million in 2024, and $345+ million in 2025. Since joining the team in 2021, Marion has personally achieved $150+ million in sales.
Marion has extensive knowledge and expertise in all property price points representing sellers, buyers, builders and investors. Her expertise spans the many facets of real estate — from strategic financial planning and accounting to print advertising, digital marketing, and social media. Known for her meticulous organizational skills and exceptional client service, Marion is regarded as a trusted advisor and consummate real estate professional.
Beyond real estate, Marion is deeply involved in the Capital Region's cultural and philanthropic community. In 2023, she co-founded the Young Collectors Circle of the Washington Winter Show, which has grown to nearly 100 members, bringing together emerging antique collectors and fine art enthusiasts committed to raising funds for local charities that support at-risk children and families through sponsorship of the annual antique show. Marion also serves on the Board of Directors for the Washington Winter Show as well as the Auxiliary Council for the Bishop John T. Walker School for Boys.
