About Ethan Drath

A native Washingtonian, Ethan spent over a decade operating his own high-end clothing store in Georgetown two blocks from his childhood home. A driven entrepreneur, Ethan honed his customer service skills while assisting his dedicated and discerning clientele quickly becoming a fixture in the community.

 

While cultivating his network, Ethan developed strong relationships with a number of agents and principals at Washington Fine Properties and was enthused at the prospect of applying his dedication to providing excellent service to the real estate business. He is motivated daily to help his clients find a place to call home in his beloved city, and he has been recognized by Washingtonian Magazine and Real Trends as one of the top agents both locally and nationally.

 

While steeped in the nuances of all that the unique neighborhoods across the city and surrounding areas have to offer, Ethan specializes in his childhood neighborhood of Georgetown, his current neighborhood of Wesley Heights, and the surrounding neighborhoods of Spring Valley, Chevy Chase, Kent, Palisades, and Kalorama. 

 

A graduate of the Bullis School and Rollins College, Ethan lives in Wesley Heights with his wife, Lindsey, their three children, and their giant dog, Teeny. The Drath family are members of Christ Episcopal Church and dedicated supporters of THEARC DC and the Mann Elementary PTA.
