Anne Shea has built her real estate career entirely within Washington, DC’s luxury real estate market, developing her expertise from the ground up since starting at Washington Fine Properties in 2019. From here, she joined The Nancy Taylor Bubes Group at WFP, working directly under industry leader Nancy Taylor Bubes, where she was immersed from day one in the pace, precision, and performance of one of the region’s most successful teams.
Today, Anne is a driving force behind the NTB Group, a RealTrends-ranked Top Medium Team in the Capital Region and #19 in the Nation. Over the years, the team has achieved over $430 million in sales in 2021, $330 million in 2022, $260 million in 2023, $300 million in 2024, and $345 million in 2025—an exceptional track record powered by a highly strategic and disciplined operation that Anne helps execute daily. She leads marketing and brand strategy, transforming each listing into a refined, market-ready product through elevated visual direction and positioning, while also playing a key role in the transaction process—writing and negotiating offers and managing deals from contract to close. Having worked across every function of the business, she brings a rare combination of creative vision and transactional expertise, delivering a seamless, high-touch experience at every stage.
Originally from Austin, Texas, Anne now calls Washington, DC home, residing in Kalorama with her husband, Bates, and their dog, Buddy. With a deep understanding of the DC, Maryland, and Virginia market, she brings a polished, results-driven approach to her work.
