Annie Stevenson moved to Washington, DC after graduating from Washington and Lee University in Virginia. After living in Georgetown for eight years, Annie and her husband Charlie Townshend moved to American University Park with their two black labs, Hadley and Remy.

Annie has worked closely with Nancy for over a decade and enjoys helping clients in all price ranges and neighborhoods.
